1. Death

Pays the principal sum in the event of accidental death

2. Permanent Disablement

a. Pays up to principal sum.
b. Extended to cover shortening of arms and legs.

3. Double Indemnity

Pays double the principal sum if you suffer permanent loss of use of two limbs, total paralysis or death whilst traveling in a public transport or whilst you are traveling overseas.

4. Medical Expenses, Sinseh/Traditional Treatment, Medical/Specialist and/or Postmortem Reports

Reimbursement on the actual, necessary and reasonable medical, clinical and Sinseh or Traditional treatment incurred for injuries resulting from an accident or illness due to Dengue, Malaria or Japanese Encephalitis (JE). The cost of any medical/specialist report or postmortem report is also payable provided it is specifically required by the Company.

5. Blood Transfusion

Pays 10% for the Principal Sum Insured if you contract HIV as a result of a blood transfusion whilst undergoing medical treatment for injury or illness in a government or licensed private hospital within Malaysia.

6. Corrective Dental And/Or Cosmetic Surgery

On top of paying medical expenses, this insurance also pays you up to RM5,000.00 for any additional expenses incurred for corrective dental and/or corrective surgical operations to the neck, head or chest (navel up).

7. Weekly Benefits

Pays up to 52 weeks if you are totally unable to attend your work as certified by a qualified Medical Practitioner. This is in additional to all other payments.

8. Hospital Cash Income

A daily benefit is payable for the period of hospitalisation as a result of an accident, up to maximum 180 days.

9. Permanent Disablement To Genitalia

Pays up to the limits specified in the Permanent Disablement Scale for impotency and/or infertility as a result of an accident.

10. Kidnap Benefit

Pays up lump sum of RM5,000.00 for necessary expenses incurred including the hiring of a private investigator. The Company will also offer a reward of RM25,000.00 for information leading to the recovery of the Insured. The Principal Sum Insured will be paid in full if the kidnapped Insured is not recovered after a period of one year from the day of the kidnap.

11. Ambulance Fees

Pays ambulance fees incurred consequent upon an accident up to RM500.00 per accident.

12. Funeral Expenses

In additional to all other payments, this insurance will pay RM5,000.00 as funeral expenses in the event of accidental death.

13. Bereavement Allowance

In the event of death due to Dengue Fever, Malaria or Japanese Encephalitis (JE) the Company will pay 10% of the Principal Sum Insured as a bereavement allowance upon submission of the required documents.

14. Personal Liability Benefit

Subject to the limit of liability, the Company will indemnify you in respect of all sums you shall become legally liable to pay to third parties in respect of accidental bodily injury or accidental damage to property. The Territorial limits of this benefit is within Malaysia only.

15. Renewal Bonus

Upon renewal of insurance, the Principal Sum Insured shall be increased by 10% per year up to 50% of the original Principal Sum Insured, provided no claims has been made.

16. Prostheses / Wheelchair

The Company shall reimburse you up to the limits stipulated in the schedule the actual costs of purchasing a wheelchair, artificial arm or leg and crutches as recommend by the attending specialist physician/surgeon.

17. Repatriation Expenses

In the event of accidental death of the Insured whilst he/she is traveling outside his/her home country, the Company shall reimburse the Insured's legal representative up to maximum of RM3,000.00 for repatriation expenses of the Insured's mortal remains back to his/her country.

18. Cashless Hospital Admission And Discharge Benefit

Cashless admission guarantee of up to RM2,500.00 to all participating hospitals in Malaysia and within the Asia Pacific countries* consequent upon a road accident. A police report must be made by the Insured or his/her legal representative within 24 hours subsequent to the road accident. The Company will also facilitate the Insured's discharge from the same hospital provided all items in the hospital bill are in fact covered under the Medical Expenses Benefit. This cashless benefit will only be activated after seven working days from the submission and acceptance of the Insured's proposal to any Allianz office. Allianz has nominated Asia Assistance (M) Sdn Bhd as the Managed Care Organisation (MCO) to manage such cashless hospital admission/discharge on it's behalf.
